We offer custom 3D modeling services to customers who wish to have bespoke designs created for specific needs. By placing an order for a custom 3D model, you agree to provide us with the necessary information and specifications to complete your request.

1.3 Intellectual Property:

Ownership:

You retain full ownership of any designs, images, or content ("Customer-Provided Content") that you submit to us for custom 3D modeling. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide this content.

License to Use: By submitting your Customer-Provided Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and create derivative works based on the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This license is limited to the specific service requested and does not grant us rights to use your content for other purposes without your consent.

Customer Responsibility:

You affirm that you own or have permission to use the Customer-Provided Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Retention & Modification:

Once the project is complete, we may use the final work in our portfolio or promotional materials, but we will not use your original content beyond the agreed project scope unless you provide explicit permission.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Order Confirmation:

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase and estimated delivery time (for custom orders).

2.2 Pricing and Payment:

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change. Payment is processed via our secure payment gateway at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal payments

2.3 Unacceptable Orders:

2.3.1 Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any orders that involve content that:

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

All 3D models are delivered digitally via download files. There are no shipping fees associated with digital products, and delivery is typically immediate or within 24 hours after project completion.

4.2 Custom 3D Models Delivery:

For custom orders and In-store products, delivery times will vary depending on the complexity of the design. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of purchase. We will notify you via email once your custom 3D model is ready to be shipped.

4.3 International Customers:

No international delivery at present.
